Sales Rep - Pensacola to PCB
The Sales Representative’s main purpose is to develop and grow our sales, to assist our retailers in educating their staff and customers about our beers, to build strong long-term relationships with our retail partners (both on and off premise) and with the end consumer (both craft beer savvy and not). You will be the face of Pd inside your territory, therefore it is imperative that you bring a professional and responsible attitude to the job.
Typical Schedule
Sales Reps work full time, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays. At some level, this has to be a lifestyle and not a nine to five commitment. Many days are spent on the road and on the phone because that is what our business requires to oversee our products. A five-day workweek is typical with some variations in the start and end time to better allow for accounts’ business flow throughout several shifts.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma combined with a minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience; working knowledge of local markets.
Craft Beer, Wine, or Specialty sales experience.
Valid driver’s license, a registered, reliable and insured vehicle, and ability to drive between assigned accounts.
Requirements
Must be willing and able to organize/plan their territory in order to provide continuous profit.
Integrity/honesty are of utmost importance both internally with employees as well as externally with Customers.
Must be able to take a proactive approach, and showcase his/her strategic thinking/vision with Customer/Bar events to promote products. (Self driven)
Must be able to remain calm under pressure, and negotiate with Customers in a ‘Live environment.’
Follows through on all commitments made with his/her Customers as well commitments made with Management.
Communicate with Customers on a day-to-day basis to receive Orders and input.
Attentive to detail.
Enthusiastic personality for the job, company, and brands.
Self motivated.
Exceptional listening skills, written communication, oral communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in iPhone and iOs generated app for placing Orders for Customers.
A working computer with proficiency with spreadsheets and basic skills.
Sell entire portfolio of beers/wine/meads to all Customers in territory.
Create and maintain added value for your customers.
Work hand in hand with Management, drivers, other Sales Reps, and staff.
Finally, the ideal candidate must show initiative, and be a Team Player.

We are currently looking for a full-time Delivery Driver position that will cover Tampa/Sarasota/Ft Myers areas. This position offers the opportunity to become part of a great team of individuals driven to deliver the best quality craft beer to our customers.
Typical Work Week
This position can be accomplished in four business days (Tuesday thru Friday) and ultimately comes down to being a highly motivated, hard working individual, that is capable of multi-tasking. Making sure all of our Customers receive their product in a timely manner is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver and unload cases and kegs to bars and retail outlets throughout designated territory
Meet transfer truck on delivery days
Interact with customers, collect payments and adjust invoices
Be a team player and resolve conflict effectively while having strong verbal communication skills
Keep updated and accurate driver and delivery logs
Perform a daily sight inspection of truck, keep the vehicle clean and advise management of any service issues
REQUIREMENTS
Current valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
CDL B or Better Classification is a must
Prior professional delivery experience is a bonus
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
Strong communication skills and prior experience working with the public
Ability to move 165 pounds regularly
Attention to detail is critical
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Must be 21 years of age or older (25+ preferred)
